Current Backlog

• How much upstream solids reduction is worth the added bulk before cartridge life gains flatten out?
• Which pump style gives the best balance of suction tolerance, serviceability, and power draw for the pilot skid?
• What minimal field instrumentation gives enough signal to predict fouling before throughput collapses?
• Which treatment stages deserve bypass loops for comparative testing?
• What enclosure layout best separates wet maintenance from controls access?

Converting Questions Into Work

For each question, define:

• the hypothesis
• the metric
• the test setup
• the run length
• the decision that will be made afterward

Good Example

Instead of asking "Is this filter better?", ask:

Does adding a cyclone-style pre-separation stage increase treated volume before a 5 micron cartridge reaches the service threshold?
